The staff of AFS is continuously recruiting potential egg donors of all ethnic backgrounds. For her time, discomfort, and risk, a donor is compensated $ 8,000 per completed treatment cycle. She will take daily injections, come frequently to the office for ultrasound and blood tests, and will undergo a needle puncture procedure of the ovaries to collect her eggs.The costs of medical care relating to obtaining eggs are borne by the couple who will be receiving the eggs.
