Advanced Fertility Services Infertility Treatments

Insurance Combo Plan = $6,000

Introducing – The Advanced Fertility Insurance Combo Plan – courtesy of Advanced Fertility Services, in which all cycle monitoring costs are billed to the patient’s insurance company and the patient is responsible for office visit co-pays.

Advance Fertility Services’ Full IVF Cycle = $7,000 Medical Service Fee

Egg Retrieval, Cycle Monitoring, Embryo Culture, and Embryo Transfer are included in the Full IVF Cycle Fee. (Fertility Medications, Ancillary Procedures, and Anesthesiologist Fees are not included.)

The Three Cycle Solution


When you choose the Three Cycle Solution at Advanced Fertility Services, you can be assured that if Cycle 1 or 2 is successful, an investment in the cost of remaining IVF cycle(s) may not be necessary.

IVF Cycle 1 = $9,500, IVF Cycle 2 = $8,500, IVF Cycle 3 = $8,000

IVF Ancillary Procedures

When deemed necessary by Dr. Melnick, one or more of the following ancillary procedures may increase the cost of IVF treatment:

  • Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) – $1,000
  • Assisted Hatching – $1,000
  • Blastocyst Culture – $1,000
  • Embryo Cryopreservation – including 1st year of embryo storage = $1,000
  • Embryo Storage after 1st year = $600 per year
  • Testicular Sperm Extraction = $3,500
  • Donor Sperm = $400 per specimen

Donor Egg Program

$10,000 (My Egg Bank) Medical Service Fee (+ cost of unknown donor eggs)

$17,000 Medical Service Fee (for known donor eggs)

Frozen Embryo Cycle = $3,500 Medical Service Fee

Medical Service Fee includes recipient’s cycle monitoring costs, embryo thawing and preparation, embryo transfer, and pregnancy test.
